PINE LODGE

Pine2The newly renovated Pine Lodge is located in the Pine Conference Center and has four carpeted bedrooms on two levels. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with 11 bunk beds each. Downstairs there are two bedrooms with 9 bunk beds each. The bathroom facilities in each bedroom include two showers, two toilets, and three sinks. Registrant is responsible for providing pillow, bedding, and towels/washcloths as they are NOT supplied. 

MALE AND FEMALE SLEEPING QUARTERS
Assignment of separate male and female quarters (rooms) will take place prior to the seminar and will be based on number of male and female registrants requesting Pine Lodge.

Pine LodgeBEDS AND ROOMMATES
Since each room has a limited number of beds and is booked on a first-come basis, beds are not assignable and if you wish to have a specific
roommate, they need to book their room at the same time you do. Or you may book it for them.

MEALS
Meals are served buffet style in the Dining Hall. Menu is determined by Ponderosa chef. Glutten free products are available.

SNACKS 
We ask that each attendee bring snacks and beverages to share with others during seminar. No liter bottles, please.

GIFT SHOP
The Ponderosa gift shop will be open on Saturday during free time.

WI-FI
Free wi-fi is available at Ponderosa. You will receive the network name and security code at check in.

CELL SERVICE
Because of the terrain, cell service is spotty and may or may not be available depending on your phone and/or provider.

Price includes admission to seminar both days, Friday night lodging, and breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday.
Friday dinner is optional.

  • Early-bird – ACFW Member: $110; Non-Member: $135.
  • Standard Registration – ACFW Member $120; Non-Member: $145.
  • Late Registration – ACFW Member: $145; Non-Member: $170.

SEMINAR CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

25% cancellation fee (based on registration price) if cancled canceled July 1 – September 30.
50% cancellation fee (based on registration price) if canceled October 1 – October 31.
No refunds after October 31.
